  2. Auto assign chat

    It would be great if tawk has function "Auto assign chat". Instead of choosing by agent, system will auto assign chat for all online agents.

  3. being able to translate text for email replies to tickets

    widget works fine in my native language except for email replies to tickets, I'd like to be able to translate the subject:

  4. social network buttons...

    very nice tool....It could be great to have social network buttons, for example in addition to 'add a link' when off-line, or follow-me social buttons after a chat is completed (instead of rating).

  5. setup a knowledge bank search result tracking. (Good to know what our customers are searching for)

    I understand that we can put in a lot of FAQ questions for our customers to learn more.

    Would be great if it is possible for us to find out what info our customers are searching for (especially those that appears as no search results.)

  7. Have a Plain text option on prechat

    All the pre-chat features are question types. Having a plain text option enables further descriptions and bullet point explanations. These are particularly useful with offline or away options:

    Eg: In a multiple choice once interest in "XYZ" is chosen then brief benefits of xyz are explained before proceeding to the message.

    This strengthens the visitors resolve to know more and a link to the web page containing more info can be inserted at the end.

    The result is a customer at a more advanced stage of the buying process and more motivated to leave a message.

  9. Iniciar com o windows / minimizar para bandeja

    A maioria das aplicações fornecem este recurso, poder iniciar com windows nas configurações, já aconteceu de eu esquecer de abrir a aplicação e o chat ficar offline. Também a possibilidade de iniciar minimizado na bandeja, assim ao clicar em fechar na correria, ele continua executando, também já aconteceu de fechar acidentalmente sem perceber.

  12. Allow companies to use any Whatsapp Business Provider

    We offer WhatsApp business API and we have developed our own API to allow customers to send WhatsApps and receive WhatsApps replies. Our software can communicate with many WhatsApp Business partners and can choose the provider based on their cost and business model. We need two or maybe three things 1) a way to call a URL that will push the message to a Tawk agent 2) webhooks that will call our URL when the Tawk agent responds so we can send the response to the WhatsApp Business Partner and to the customer.

    Does Tawk have a way to send…

    one agent should not be able to look into other agents to customer conversation ..

  14. When operator is away after certain time the chat widget changes to contact form

    It would be a great feature that when an operator is away after certain minutes the chat widget changes to contact form, this way we wont have unsitisfy clients when they write and dont get an answer back
