  1. Zooming feature

    Please add image zooming option in tawk.to android app.
    It is really hard to see high resolution image without downloading them and access through gallry to zoom it and see it properly.

  2. Attention Grabber - Profile photo of my face within a circle above chat box, like Facebook messenger has. Gives visitors a human experience.

    I want my users to know I am actually online and that I'm not a BOT. The circle profile photo could possibly animate very slightly, like float or bounce (seriously not needed though). But there should be an option to add a very minimalistic, small arrow underneath the profile photo pointing down to the chat with a custom color of the arrow. This is such an easy fix that I'm sure hundreds of people would use.

    pre-chat form always show before chat started... triggers not works... is posible request name and email after user send the first message?

  4. There should be a option to rearrange individual choices in the pre-chat forms' multiple and single choice options.

    In the pre-chat form setup area, there should be a way to rearrange the question order, for example, in a multi-choice form there should be a way to move the individual choices in the multi-choice form, same should apply to the single choice forms.

  5. Get notified right when a customer opens a chat window

    Right now it appears the only options for notifications are:

    1) When a customer visits the page, which would send me far too many notifications from people who never try to chat, or
    2) When the first message is sent, which by definition means that any time I spend picking up my phone and entering the app is time that the user is waiting for a response.

    It would be much more useful to get a notification right when the chat window is first opened, so I could start preparing to respond. Shaving even a couple seconds off that initial…

  11. information about reading the chat message

    I have an idea: adding the function enabling information that the agent read the client's chat message and vice versa. So, when the agent did read the client's message, under the client's message will be inscription "read" and vice versa. I think it's a really interesting idea. The client will know when the agent did read his message, and if he does not reply, "neglecting" it and vice versa, the agent will know when the client has read his message.

  17. Pre-form improvement

    To improve pre-form, Let's say you have set up departments and you only want online department to show up in the chat widget but not offline because if someone clicks offline you still get upcoming chat even tho department is offline.

    Only display online department in the chat widget.

  18. Add pre-question with options before people start chatting

    The option to have the possibility to choose between: Are you a costumer or not and what they see after choosing one of the 2 options.

    For example: If choosed yes, they see a message (you need to be able to create it yourself), how they can contact you in other ways with an eventuall link or button.

    If they choose no they can fill in the pre chat form (wich is already possible now and after that chat with the agents).

    For example: My costumers can contact me trough a ticketing system or trough a forum, but only new…

    We know that you already integrated with WooCommerce which is a great adavantage, but I mention that they are few more areas where you can grow your plugin.   20. enable scramble or hide email addresses entered in offline forms so that agents cannot see them

    this way, we can respond to offline messages without agents ever having to see the email address of the client - this is important for our GDPR requirements as we are an anonymous chat service.
