Knowledge Base Setting - Show/Hide Author
I would like to see an option either as a general Knowledge Base setting (preferable) or individual article setting to Show/Hide the author.
i.e. on an article hide the author avatar, "By Name" and "Last Updated.." blocks.

how to clear previous welcome message when going to inner pages because i have set new trigger message for each inner page and the welcome message is still there and disturbing me. i want to remove any old trigger on new page visit

Analyize chats which are postiv & negativ rated
I see stats about negativ, postiv and neutral rated chats but I cannot see which chats are meant in special. I think it is a must have to offer a better user experience.

Knowledge Base - backup feature
Currently Tawk's KB is not supported with an option to backup all articles & categories. Considering if a user want to migrate the KB to other platform which has more features, then it might be good to have an option to backup all KB data to be migrated.

Keyword Event Tracking
Hi, we are using tawk and track events with Google Analytics. We want to set some keywords from customer's chat as an customized event so that we can track these events by Google Analytics. For example, if a user open the chat and ask about our product name, we will count that as an event and see that conversion on Google Analytics. If the user's chat doesn't include the product keyword, we won't count that as an event. Is this possible to execute? It is very important feature for us to track events more accurately. Thanks!

Micro adjustment to widget placement
To be able to more precisely determine where your chat widget appears, particularly on mobile. With the preset of Top, Top Middle, Bottom etc, it doesn't work great with all themes. I'd like to be able to set my widget to bottom left and then be able to make micro adjustments so it doesn't cover important buttons on mobile version.

We would like to setup auto reply our customer to thankyou we'll contact you shortly so can we set email header in reply-to <user email> so i can setup in my email client..

Restricting user rights for knowledge base configuration
As an agent should not be able to set the knowledge base to unpublish for example. Also an agent should not be able to change the subdomain link as well as make other basic settings etc.. For such changes only an administrator should be authorized or the possibility to assign rights should exist.

Better notifications
For mobile and desktop:
When there is an unanswered message, a notification pops up and stays untill the chat is answered.
And this with every new chatmessage not only new chat's.For example the mail app on the computer and on the mobile phone, there is always a '1' above the appicon until you have read the message.
