Personal style widget
Please visit this website: https://www.yoursurprise.nl/ and look at the chat widget in their right corner. This widget is much more drawing me to click on it due to 2 reasons:
1) There is a picture of a person when the widget is folded in
2) There is an icon on the widget like on your iOS phone, indicating there is a new message (thus asking for you to open it).Also when you click on the app and open it, you get different options:
1) Chat
2) Call
3) FAQThis is also interesting!

Disable or Enable video chat
What if don't want to video chat with every visitor on our site. Agent should have the option to enable it for some visitors on a case by case basis.

I see from a recent post that webhooks are now available within the dashboard - this is fantastic.
Is it possible to post the transcript of the chat to the webhook once the chat has finished?

Let iPhone App Save Password
For whatever reason, the app's password field isn't setup correctly or something so the iPhone won't automatically save it is the iOS password manager. Should be a 2 minute fix!

Chat box link via text in footer??
Is there a way to link the chat box to text in the footer. Example if we have "Chat with us" in the footer are we able to link it to the Tawk chat instead of the right page Icons?

Remember invisible status - Desktop
Tawk is amazing. Small tweak suggestion. I login to check the status of chats and tickets. When logging in, I immediately go visible and need to race to go invisible as I don't want to turn chat on, I'm just there to check things. It would be nice if my last status as invisible was remembered or to have a way to default to invisible. No rush on this and all good if it's not part of the plan. Thanks!

Show initial message when the chat window is opened manually.
We don't want to show the window automatically, but when the user clicks on the chat icon, and the chat window is opened, we would like to send the first message from us. Something like "How can we help you?" or so.
We tried to achieve this with the Advanced triggers, but it's not possible to do so. Actions can be only triggered after the user requests the chat and we would like to perform action before it.

Set a date/time to complete the ticket (changeable). Ability to sort, filter on this field.

Allow agent to paste articles into the chat
Instead of having a agent use a short cut to send a link, it would be handy for the agent to be able to paste an article into the chat from the article.
