    increase the field length to 256 or 1024 characters please

  5. Message Shortcuts.

    Within the Settings -> Shortcuts.
    You should be able to have a feature "Fill out form", like the "Survey" one.
    But with one where you are able to fill out a form.

    Such as
    "I would need X information before we continue"
    -Name
    -Email Address
    -Phone Number"

    And they would be able to put that information in there.

  8. Automated sleep trap

    For small businesses which are trying to go global but cannot invest on support to be available 24*7 online, can there be a feature that there is an automated pre fill form activated from 10PM-6AM and for the rest of 16 hours the customer is directly able to chat (without the form)
    Just to ensure that the clients are not missed when you sleep?

    Also, Awesome service this is tbh!

  9. Summary Email after ending the chat session

    Hi All,
    I noticed that the "email notification" feature sends one email for each missed conversation to the setup person. In order to efficiently monitor the service, it would be better to just send one email at the end of the session which summaries how many missed calls we got. For example, let's suppose we run the chat service from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and we got 100 missed conversations instead of receiving 100 emails, it would be beneficial to get just one email summarizing the missing calls. Thanks

  12. Allow custom text on "Message Me" button text on page

    Since there is only one page allowed per account, if you use the "Page" to provide a link for chat, it would be far more appropriate to have a button that says, for example, "Message Us" vs the standard "Message Me" text.

  14. Ability to switch user account in tawk.to app rather than logging out/in again.

    I’m using tawk.to to manage a company account and a personal freelancing account. To keep things separate I have an account with separate emails for both. It would be cool if I could switch between them in the tawk.to app rather than having to log out and back in again. Even better would be getting notifications and chat requests for both accounts in the app and then automatically switching to the correct account when tapping on a notification.

  17. detailed settings of a chat icon on a mobile phone

    chat icon on mobile - paddings and margins cannot be set. when you have a menu bar at the bottom of the web, the icon overlaps it and the menu is not visible.

    it would be good if the margin of the icon could be set.

  18. Make possible to hide department availability in offline form

    On offline forms, it would be logical that one could hide the "(Offline)" text which is currently appended to each department name in the department dropdown.

  19. Synchronize profile status between the app and the online dashboard.

    Currently, when I leave my office during operating hours, I have to set my profile to Invisible on the online dashboard, just in case I might want to deactivate the chat at some later point (by AGAIN setting my profile to Invisible, on the mobile app this time) while I'm out.

    Any action taken on either the app or the online dashboard should be synchronized on the other.

  20. Hide the customer's contact visibility from the other members of the sales team once assigned

    When a member of the sales team is assigned to a visitor. All the visitor's contact info are hidden from the other members. This is to minimize the risk of being hijacked internally
