  2. I need the plugin and module for TawkTo for other languages at the same time

    I need to plugin and the module of TawkTo to be able to select different widgets for different language sites, now it does not allow this feature, and it is important for multilanguage sites. The plugin only allow to deploy a single widget and even though you duplicate the module for a different language, the plugin will remain always with a single default widget.

    in setting hide on mobile device, its disable the chat widget on mobile,

    but if i make a button to show the chat widget on mobile, it will showing.

    please add this option, i want so use chat by click button on mobile, and hide the bottom chat widget.

  5. Give more options for mobile messages waiting for visitors

    The message pops up in desktop but the mobile only has bubble and red dot of new message. There needs to be a better alert for visitors to read the message waiting.

  6. Enable chats to stay connected outside of scheduled hours

    We sell products on our website. We also are a small business, so use the scheduler so chat only rings from 9-6, our regular business hours. There have been several times in which we are actively participating in a chat at 6:00 pm, and a site visitor will minimize the chat window to more clearly view the product page of an item. They don't X out and end the chat, they just minimize the screen to see the entire web page. But that disconnects the chat, even though we weren't done. From a visitor perspective, they have no idea where…

    Cuando se recibe un mail de confirmación lo recibes en ingles y con un textos prefijado, pues cambiarlo a español o poder elegir que texto se envía.
    Ademas si pagas por marca que puedas configurar tu mail.

    We put important information in the agent alert. It would be great if the agent alert followed along with the chat so we could reference that info more quickly. Currently we have to scroll back to the agent alert to reference.

  12. Trigger advanced message setting

    I need the trigger messages to be delivered with a delay showing that the agent is typing something.
    For Example. Normally the guest would say hello or hi..in the first message I ve set up as to send a greeting message naming the agent name..
    the next could be the client would like to ask a price or report a problem..
    I have set if the message contains price..then ask for the product detail but the trigger message just go as soon as the client hits the send button..so for this it could be good if we could deliver trigger…

    Please add more filters in the stats. I would love to see how many chats we had from each country and be able to filter by other options whatever are possible for tawk,to tracking - like cities, number of sessions, number of chats to be able to identify where most of questions from our clients come from etc

    From dashboard, when I join a chat request, I'm obliged to use shortcut in 2 languages to tell client :
    Hello, let me review your question...

    Client has no obvious way to know that his query is being handled, this would save us time that any trigger could work with such event : 'operator join chat'. (we tried all triggers possible, but not working with nay existing variable)

    There's a way to download data from the Reporting as a csv file but it's only possible doing property by property. It would be nice to have a way to download it all in one go
