To All Our Valued Users, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for reaching out. The pre-chat form option will only come up when you select the Online and Offline Status under the Chat Widget Content. Alternatively, you can create a Chat Rescuer Trigger. This trigger is used to auto-respond to messages if agents don't respond in time. The delay message options are from 10 seconds to 1 hour. In this section, you can leave a message to your users saying that you are currently unavailable and requesting them to leave their details after. Enable users to change font type and size on the chat Widget
It would be cool to be able to change the font type and size on the chat Widget. Sometimes I want the widget to look smaller. I can change the size of the dimensions in the "Widget Appearance", but the "Minimized Height" can't be less than 40 at the moment.

You can also change the message that appears on the minimized chat widget in the Widget Content settings and even modify how sharp the edges appear. Multiple languages to choose for chatting

Alternatively, create a chat widget for each language. Adding multiple widgets to a Property can be helpful when you want to customize your Widget to match different sections of your website, languages or settings. Each new widget you add will be in English by default. For each set of pages with a new language, you’ll need to create a new Widget and manually set the language. "Seen" function
It will be great to have that function "Seen" like in Facebook, that agents can see or clients read their message

Edit messages
Add the ability to edit or delete messages that have been sent by the agent

Manually End Chat
When user has finished chatting, allow the Agent to END the chat for them. I have a user that has been on my site for 2+ hours after finishing their chat, but I still have not received my automatic transcript because the chat is still sitting idle.
I need to be able to end this chat so that I get the transcript. This would be VERY helpful!

Ask customer for email / name while chatting. Pre-chat form in chat
It would be nice to have a input box drop into the chat window, as the chatting is going, asking for the users name / mail, and it would fill out the name and email in the dashboard. it could be an option under pre-chat form called "while-in-chat form" or something like that :)

Emails language should be customizable
Ticket reply emails are in english, not in locale language. For example:-

Provide an option to change the Client Notification Sound
Provide an option to change the Client Notification Sound when the agent reply's. currently it have a sound just like a keyboard sound . it may not be audible to the clients. so it is better to change the client notification sound to a good tone. eg: facebook notification tone, hike notification tone,etc

Option to only allow agents to join as their self.
Say Joe is an admin/developer. Everyone knows Joe is the developer.
We hire "Bob" to answer live chats.
At any time the user "Bob" can join a conversation as "Joe" and could possibly do malicious things, then "Bob" can delete that history.

REST API for CRM Integration
It would be great if there was a possibility to integrate our own CRM with chat. Chat is a place where agents can gather and lead clients and to use chat we need to be able to get chat history.

The visitor can see the last chat record
Many visitors feedback, why can't I see my last chat history? Please improve the software to lock the visitor IP, visitors can see the last chat record when they open the software for the second time.

Visitor history
To be able to view the history of all visitors. Not all visitors open a chat, so if one can determine which pages were visited by visitors that did not chat, then one can also determine the popularity of individual products and pages with more data.

Although this is a good idea, we are not currently planning on expanding the analytics because there are other tools that are made specifically for tracking visitors in this way ex. Google Analytics.

На текущий момент у нас нет предполагаемого срока, когда это будет возможно.Мы в курсе о популярности этой идеи, так как получали запросы о ней не только здесь, но и фиксировали их через наш чат тех. поддержки, через заявки на нашей почте и понимаем, что это востребованная интеграция, несмотря на малое количество голосов здесь.
