We do, however, offer the Screensharing feature as part of our Video+ Voice + Screensharing Add-on. This Add-on can provide better support when your customer needs help in navigating your website.     I would love for a visitor to have an option to share the screen with an agent. This option would make it easier for the visitor to show what's going on instead of just chatting.

    Let the visitor answer a question when the visitor ends the chat like how much are you satisfied with the chat? I would love to see this for better feedback.
