Public articles are available to be read by anyone with access to the URL. Private articles are only visible by your team within tawk.to apps when signed in to the Property associated with the article. The new knowledge base looks very promising and I think this is a very important feature and one that would make it so much more useful.
I also second this idea of having a Knowledge base only available for users who have logged into your system.
Maybe integrate with some sort of ID or cookie that can be passed onto the site?
Or some user tracker that can only be set when a user has access to the logged in website and if that trackers valid, give access to the KB?
Either way would like to see this implemented!
