You can add any kind of content to your chat widget, including videos, images, and a search bar. It’s like having a mini-website in the chat.     Urgent!! Allow CSS overrides to comply with designs for specific websites. Lacking this makes the Tawk Widget so awkward and breaks the beauty of websites. Also positioning and size of the widget should also be flexible to allow more control. For example allowing the chat Icon image to appear on it's own instead along side the chat bar would make this app a better product to use from front-end.
