As you have the similar posting style of Autodesk Website... for forum in help section, I want to see the ability of setting up the tawk.to widget on WIX very fluid and with its adjustments:
-colors
-fonts
placement: top,bottom, left, right or in the site (inside an image we design= the parrot logo as example, which animated, can fly on the site itself until clicked, to open the dialog box...in a subtle way)...
-shape
that's it.
as a graphic designer, tawk.to is meant for greater deeds.
