The triangle button to send is not intuitive having a button that says send is better. Or make it look like a return key
Also it would be nice if the modal or widget doesn't take up the whole screen. That I could see the website slightly in the back.
Please make it more sexy like LiveChats
And I'll switch in a heartbeat.
