    I want to set my triggers up based on the UK timezone, currently it uses the visitors timezone which can be very different.

  2. Please include an ability to "force clear" the pre chat form after a session ends

    We need something like this.

    We want customers to enter their question before starting a chat but currently it remembers their previous question.
