    People like me who run a business on a small scale don't have people just dedicated to live help, so you end up doing many things at the same time, therefore the risk of missing incoming chats from visitors is normally quite high, specially if you leave the desktop for a while, doing other things
    I know there are the apps, but it's not the same thing.
    If the browser could auto log off the operator who is idle (away) for a set amount of time the risk is minimized.
