    Firstly good morning. My suggestion is nothing urgent, but if it were done, it would probably be very well used by all those using the system.

    The top of the chat window has a picture or banner if you will in which it is possible to put up the Logo of your company. If possible, and had to give more functionality to this. Currently she is too caught up in the screen say, the area in which you can move this ends up messing up the User in your website and or system.
