e.g. UK is listed as GMT +0, but it is currently GMT +1 as it is British Summer Time (BST)
So basically the time for London is wrong for a good chunk of the year!
Perhaps you could link the city selection to an online time server that updates every 24hrs so that Tawk is always correct?

The GMT time of the webchat transcript in emailed webchats should reflect the time of the operating city as selected for the client in Tawk admin --> Scheduler
