    On mobile we can’t change this behaviour at this time.
    Since the chat is full-screen, it would be bad user experience to interrupt visitor from viewing your website.
    On PC browser trigger will open a chat to show trigger message to a visitor.

    You should implement this feature and allow site owners to decide if they want the functionality.... I think this is a crucial feature to have from any chat platform.

    All other chat platforms enable this feature.

    I really like crisp chat (www.crisp.im) look and feel.

    The have a modern look, with a eye catching design and chat system.

    I also like there use of Avatars - I believe using a chat agents avatar increases customer chat engagement!

    To change your property image, go to Administration ➞ Overview ➞ Property Image ➞ Upload Photo
