    To All Our Valued Users, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your question here. At the moment, we don't have the option to set the widget’s status to offline/online independently of agent status and the Scheduler. You can manually disable the Scheduler so it stays online all the time. However, any previously set schedule will then revert to the default schedule. When you are ready to reactivate your scheduler, you will have to configure it again. Your request has been acknowledged and updates will be posted once the feature has been approved and implemented. I would recommend creating Shortcuts, or canned responses, for repetitive replies. Setting up Shortcuts saves you time and keeps your responses accurate and consistent. This also ensures that your spelling and grammar are correct.     An End of chat which allows you to do the following:
    (Note: Each of these are once you have submitted the previous questions)

    - Select a Thumbs up or Down
    - Select a Star Rating (Max 5)
    (Note: These are on a Five Star Rating)
    - How satisfied were you with this chat?
    - How knowledgeable was the chat agent?
    - How responsive was the chat agent?
    - How friendly was the chat agent?
    - Additional Feedback (A Box Appears)

    We currently do not have the function to insert Shortcuts in the middle of the conversation.

    Hi there dear tawkers,

    Although this is a good idea, we are not currently planning on expanding the analytics because there are other tools that are made specifically for tracking visitors in this way ex. Google Analytics.
