    Pressing ENTER to send the chat message is confusing. Some people might use ENTER for a new line or carriage return... unknowingly sending the message prematurely. The lack of a SEND button is currently the deal-breaker for using Tawk.to versus other options for my organization. An intuitive interface is important to the newbies out there.
