We currently don’t have an integration with Google Analytics.
We do, however, have our Google Adwords Tracking integration.
Google Conversion tracking can help you see how effectively your ad clicks lead to valuable customer interaction with tawk.to.
This article explains how to create a conversion action to track visitor engagement with the widget. You can find the sample code and tutorial here: https://docs.tawk.help/article/google-adwords-tracking
Note: this code example tracks a new chat as a conversion. If you would like the conversion to occur on some other metric, please refer to our Javascript API: https://help.tawk.to/article/google-adwords-tracking

.json is the current format used by tawk.to when exporting contacts and chat history. However, we are in the process of changing the export format and the new feature will be available soon.
Alternatively, you can use this tool for file conversion:

It's a critical one to understand the general topics of conversation that are being done through chat from a senior management point of view. My idea with this is to get the keyword data out and run it through something like www dot tagcrowd dot com.

Full Slack integration with tawk.to is currently unavailable.
However, you can set up workflow automation through Zapier.
For example, you can trigger a specific action in Slack when a chat ends, when a new chat starts, or when a new ticket is created.

An error occurred while saving the comment This would be great to get notifications of new chat's coming into a slack channel.
All i am interested in seeing is the conversation export, i am not interested in the custom data so your update on July 8th is perfect for my use case. When are we likely to see this functionality rolled out?
