  1. It will be great if we can see which state the customer from especially customers in United States.

    This is a great idea! Many cities in the USA have the same name and are difficult to identify because there is no STATE in the location description. Having a State in the location can help identify the correct location of your user.

    Yes, we all know about it and everyone can know it by see customer chat there is a flag shows and also in writer it shows country, city etc. Some time i do work with the customer support team and most of the time take chat of this website https://accountancyseekers.co.uk/ so there I see the flags of different countries.
