    After we chat with customers, we could give them a form for rate the chat, like "how is the rate for the service?" "Did you have to contact the service more than once?", etc...

I would recommend creating Shortcuts, or canned responses, for repetitive replies. Setting up Shortcuts saves you time and keeps your responses accurate and consistent. This also ensures that your spelling and grammar are correct.     If we write something wrong, we can't fix it... Would be great if we could edit the message sent.
    It could appear like (edited) beside the message edited.

    Thank you for the request. For common responses you can use the shortcuts feature which reduces the time necessary to answer the Visitor.
