    Hi!

    Thank you for the suggestion.

Currently the only way is to ban by IP, but in this case the widget won’t appear for that user as well.
To ban by IP, please go to Admin – Ban List – click Ban IP button.

I would like to hide an specific IP from agent monitoring window, but stay showing the widget for user.
This is useful to hide my own fixed IP on the agent monitoring window and maintain all website functionality for service check reasons.

I suggest to create a way to put an script to be loaded on an iFrame that tell the agent app about this iFrame loaded.
    To clarify:
I would like to when the visitor opens a modal window using iFrame, this is showed on the agent app like a visited page.

On the trigger feature I need in the actions, options to execute action on the agent side, like play a sound, show a message, etc.
    For example:
I would like to create a trigger when the visitor access an specific page this play a sound or show a desktop message to agent.
