    Very important for user side but site manager site must have those data which ip send this. So no misuses can't happen.

    To All Our Valued Users, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for taking the time to provide us your feedback and suggestions. At the moment, we can monitor the agent's performance through User Satisfaction reporting. This can be achieved under the Sentiments feature in which the visitor can click the thumbs up and down icon to rate the chat conversation handled by the agent. To check the agent's statistics for User Satisfaction, do the following: 1. Select the Reporting section on the left sidebar 2. Click the filter icon 3. Select the agent 4. Option to download the report as CSV file. The report will show you how many Negative, Positive, or Neutral sentiments each agent receives from their chats.     No it's not your chat it's your login session after I saw that I understand it's harmful and you don't have any power to end a logged in session to tawk. You might revoke access or request to implement new system about agent management system that you can end an agent session to your site or pages that you gave access to.

    You mean to say revoking agents access to a chat? Or their login session?

    To All Our Valued Users, At this stage, there is no option to set up triggers to send messages when the widget is offline. However, our automation/chatbot feature is currently on our roadmap.     unrealistic! needs to set predefined replies but if it won't understand the language than what? Cortana does not understand me many times.

    He wants to say if user doesn't chat then also show time for that there is already a option if a visitor lands the time he is on site it counts. And if you're offline it will directly show that you're offline and time won't count. So this is already implemented somehow!

    need new api to do this and you might have to host domain and point it to tawk

Our default Basic Site Notification Trigger will automatically fire a message to all pages of your website (both main and sub-pages) when a visitor is active on your site and does not initiate a chat within the first 30 seconds.     It will increase your work. Mostly when they fall in any problem they open the chat but if you mass chat in before they start you will have to handle all off them and sometimes user will get stressed if it pops out and keeps some of their some pixels of their screen busy they will pop out soon if they have no questions and sometimes they can also unlike the chat and it will be a negative sentiment so I would suggest if you use a trigger when user fall in problem.

    because of url encryption that happens and you should keep making redirector urls until tawk things about this. tawk doesn't make redirector url for you. They only send the link as encrypted.
