    I agree that the dashboard needs a complete overhaul...

    But your website is built on a wordpress (pre-built) theme (http://rscardwp.px-lab.com/)
    And your 'portfolio' work is also built with purchased themes.

    I'm not sure you would fit the task of rebuilding the dashboard

    Train your agents to not let on that the chat is being seen before they type?

    If someone types, and then deletes - dont mention or reference this 'unseen' message

    Is they type and you respond too quickly - or are typing as they are... dont do this

    All of the problems you mention are resolvable - just by training your agents effecively

    Is it possible to use the API to talk to a CRM system?

    I think your ticketing system inside tawk.to is great!
    But we use our own CRM system to handle all of our recording etc.
