    Hi!
    On mobile we can’t change this behaviour at this time.
    Since the chat is full-screen, it would be bad user experience to interrupt visitor from viewing your website.
    On PC browser trigger will open a chat to show trigger message to a visitor.

    In mobile view there must be a small one line popup message to drag attention of viewer. Tidio has this option which is great.
    Please implement it. Its really important.

  3. i want pre chat form to open automatically rather than clicking the chatbot

    Yes, that would be great to have auto chat windows open in mobile view so that it drag viewer attention
