    We currently have a REST API in the works that will be out once the documentation has been approved.

    In the meantime, check out our JavaScript API documentation for a flexible set of methods that may help with your website projects.

    Hi Takiko,

    This is a good idea.

    Here is a temporary workaround.
    What you can do is, in the “Recipient Email” field put the person you want to assign the ticket to and then from the “Assign to” dropdown pick which agent or department you want the ticket to be assigned to.

    Hope this helps for now.

    Hi,
    Thank you for reviewing my request. Yes we have done that way, but we also found out if we put the email and assign, we receive Two email notice each time.

    To avoid that, we put a test email, something test@aa.com to recipient email and assign the department for now. But we prefer to have a proper internal ticketing feature soon.

    To All Our Valued Users,

    We thank you and appreciate the patience and continued support over the years.

    As per our development team, we are waiting to roll out a huge update to the architecture of the software in order for this feature to release. As you can appreciate, unfortunately, things don’t always go to plan, and other product launches need to be prioritized for the sake of progress.

    Rest assured, this has already been raised and the update is currently in progress. We will post updates once the feature has been approved and implemented.

    However, it does not yet include a feature for adding an email signature.
