- Go to the top right of the Dashboard (user icon)
- then Manage Sounds.

We have missed several chats as our computers don't have speakers here and the notification we have a chat only stays up for 5 seconds. We are considering a move if we can't adjust this and make it more obvious when agents have the browser minimised We are a shop so sometimes agents are away from there desks dealing with customers. Hopefully this can be implemented soon.

Any progress ? - we missed two chats today alone - thinking of a different solution if we keep mising chats
