In fact i think some form of automated back end integration is a must for any serious chat application. This does not take anything away from a live human interaction. I believe it augments it. Human communication is well nuanced. AI brings speed and precise information retrieval to the table. Combining both makes for a richer customer experience.
Just a thought!
