Hi Jackie,
We thank you and appreciate the patience and continued support over the years.
As per our development team, we are waiting to roll out a huge update to the architecture of the software in order for this feature to release. As you can appreciate, unfortunately, things don't always go to plan, and other product launches need to be prioritized for the sake of progress.
Rest assured, this has already been raised and the update is currently in progress. We will post updates once the feature has been approved and implemented.

We currently don’t have an option to log in as Invisible.
The best option we can provide at this stage is through our Scheduler.
If you have set a Scheduler, you can still monitor your users even when your chat widget is offline.
Example:
The Scheduler's purpose is to make the chat widget go offline — even if there are Agents logged in.
Let's say you’ve scheduled your widget to appear online from 9 AM - 5 PM, if you log in before 9 AM, you can still monitor your visitors without receiving any chats. However, your chat widget will stay offline and the visitor will get the offline form.
The same thing happens when the clock hits 5 PM. Even if there are agents online, the chat widget is forced to go offline.

Just add this directly AFTER the chat widget code to make to go to the right:

We currently don't have a feature that will automatically include your customer's name in the message.
An alternative way to capture your customer’s details is to use the Pre-Chat form.
The form will require the visitor to fill in the fields such as their name and email address, a phone number and location.
Once you have retrieved your customer’s information, you can send them a personalized message.
You can even create shortcuts for repetitive replies and add their name before sending the message.
These canned responses can be used while chatting with visitors. They save you time and make sure your responses are accurate and consistent. They also ensure spelling and grammar are correct.
Please note: The Pre-Chat form can act as a deterrent to some visitors and in turn reduce your engagement rate. Statistically, using the Pre-Chat form is known to reduce engagement by up to 37%.

Currently, we don’t have a Settings feature allowing you to choose separate positions for the widget on desktop and mobile.
Both desktop and mobile will have the same position on your website.

Hi,

At the moment, the only way to remove inactive/obsolete properties is to delete the property.
Once you've deleted a property, there is no way to recover your property, settings, or any information associated with it, so consider your options carefully before taking the final action.
Please note: You can still use your tawk.to account even if the property is deleted.
