Hi, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your ideas with us. Great news! We have just released a major update to our chat widget. See our latest release here: https://www.tawk.to/category/updates/ You can now enjoy the chat widget's new look and features. This includes the Widget Cards. You can add any kind of content to your chat widget, including videos, images, and a search bar. It’s like having a mini-website in the chat. If you have any other questions, require assistance, or just want to talk to someone at tawk.to, here is our calendar link: https://calendly.com/tawk-to-support/tawk-to-customer-support. We're happy to help!

Why did you purposely make it harder for developers to customize your widget with CSS ?
You used dynamic ids and inline styles coupled with "!important" on the various iframes used to make the chat widget work, carefully leaving out any info that could be used to retrieve the iframes with CSS selectors then style them.
It pains me that you actually spent time / money to stop people making their own customization.
