    To All Our Valued Users,

    Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for reaching out.

    At the moment, our Knowledge Base only has 2 options for visibility: Public and Private mode.

    Public articles are available to be read by anyone with access to the URL.

    Private articles are only visible by your team within tawk.to apps when signed in to the Property associated with the article.

    We’re continuing to build out our Knowledge Base product and have taken on your suggestions. We will post updates once the feature has been implemented.

    Add this vote for knowledge base visibility to customers. That is visible only for logged in customers.

    We have a REST API in the works that should be out soon.

    In the meantime, you can check out our JavaScript API documentation here: https://developer.tawk.to/jsapi/.

    Add vote for this: create tickets via http rest request. Change status of ticket via http rest request.

    We do not currently have a web page allowing users to view the status of their tickets.

    Only members of a property can view the status of tickets for that property in the Dashboard.

    We have taken note of your suggestion and will post updates once the feature has been approved and implemented.

    This should be important for us. Create account for customers where they can view their tickets history; create new ticket; filter tickets for opened/closed; reply to tickets.
    Will create another request but connected to this one: Knowledge Base visible only to logged customers.
