At this stage, we currently don't have the red indicator badge icon on our tawk.to mobile app. We do, however, have sound and banner notifications for both iOS and Android devices: 1. iOS: https://help.tawk.to/article/enabling-sound-and-badge-notifications-on-ios 2.
