    Usually if there's a glitch with your system, your Taskbar icons will be flashing. This can be fixed by repairing your installation or by installing the latest updates

    Note: Though, the steps mentioned below work for most of the users. Still, we seek your understanding that since the Skype app works on several varied smartphones, the steps mentioned below may slightly differ depending up on your device’s make and model.
    Step 1: Launch “Settings” of your Android device and then scroll all the way down to “Apps” settings. Hit on it and then opt for “Manage Apps” option from the next screen.
    Step 2: Now, you need to scroll through the apps installed over your device to look for “Skype” app and hit on it. Alternatively, you can also search for the app using the search function available in the recent Android OS versions.
    Step 3: Lastly, you’re required to tap the “Clear Data” or “Clear App Data” button and confirm your actions. Once done, your device no longer holds the chat history of your Skype app.

    I can't make the badge appears on my Todoist icon in my dock on macOS. Is it now a premium feature ?
    I have selected it on Preferences, I have tried to log out and clear cache but nothing appears.

    My guess would be that they are collected and analysed by a program that looks for trends and patterns. The highest trending types of crash report are probably examined by a real person.

    ... well, that's how I would do it.

    You would think this would be more intuitive, it’s such a simple thing. I just want to use a simple mp3 file as a ringtone for my friend, but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to do it. Can someone please ELI5?

    url-parse was created in 2014 when the WHATWG URL API was not available in Node.js and the URL interface was supported only in some browsers. Today this is no longer true. The URL interface is available in all supported Node.js release lines and basically all browsers. Consider using it for better security and accuracy.

    The “seen by” feature shows up under each individual reply in a thread, not only the main content for example, if someone sends you a Facebook invite to a party, they'll be able to see whether you clicked open the invitation and whether you read individual replies on the event page.

    Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your challenge here.

    We currently do not have an Offline form settings for Departments that are offline.

    The following suggested alternatives can be done to avoid such scenarios:

    1. You can create separate Properties instead of Departments. With Departments, if there are no agents currently online in the department assigned to a chat, the remaining agents will hear the ring notification. This prevents the chat from going unanswered.

    Instead of creating Departments, you can create separate Properties with the designated agents. The Offline form will be activated if no agents are online.

    2. If you still prefer to have Departments, inform your customer that an agent from another Department will get in touch to assist them. You can also raise a ticket while in the chat and assign it to that Department.

    By default, this form is enabled with the message shown "Sorry, we aren't online at the moment. Leave a message and we'll get back to you." You can edit the message that appears or disable the form completely.

    The process for setting up the offline form is the same for both Chat Standalone and integrated Chat + Support accounts; however, if you are on an integrated account, the offline form is disabled automatically if you are using the contact form in the Web Widget (Classic).

    To edit the offline form message

    In your Chat dashboard, go to Settings > Widget and click the Forms tab.
    In the Offline Form section, make sure the form is enabled by toggling it On.
    Edit the text in the Offline Greeting field, then click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
