If the pre-chat form was filled by user, it will remain until visitor session is not ended – if he reopens the ongoing chat session.
If user return after session ended and by cookies he is recognized as same user – his pre-chat form will be filled with name, email, phone, but other fields like department, message input, multiple choice answer – cleared.An error occurred while saving the comment -

You can't write markdown in the fancy WYSIWYG editor. There's a button in the toolbar to add links (although it's usually hidden under the three dots menu since there's not enough room for everything).

We have also received feedback to make the community details widget customizable. Communities change this in a variety of different ways in order to self identify. Mods - in order to change this, visit the sidebar widgets and click on community details. Additionally, that section links you to the community description page where you can change the text in the widget.

If I understand correctly, it doesn't let you pick material you colours, it just let's you 'tell' the OS what the colours of the wallpaper are, and the OS picks the colours based on that?

I am new to Javascript and I cannot figure out how to use setAttribute on a selected option.
I have a select element in my html with id = employee (adding options using javascript)
<select name="employee" id="employee"></select>
Now, using javascript (or jquery) I am trying to add a "dept" attribute to the selected option dynamically.However, below code doesn't work. What I am doing wrong here?
var sel = document.getElementById("employee");
var selected = sel.options[sel.selectedIndex];
selected.setAttribute("data-dept", Support);

You can Set external chat options
You can control how users chat with people outside of your organization. If you allow your users to chat externally, you can also allow them to create and join spaces with people outside your organization.
