I 100% agreed with you on that point that you raised https://allaboutrestock.com above and explained very well why we use a rate agent on the chat end.
How do you webhook chat?
Create a webhook
Open Google Chat in a web browser.
Go to the space to which you want to add a webhook.
At the top, next to the space title, click arrow_drop_down Down Arrow > ...
If this space already https://sleepwithcomfort.com/best-mattress/best-mattress-for-bunk-beds/ has other webhooks, click Add another. ...
For Name, enter "Quickstart Webhook".
Click SAVE.
