    just to be clear, my suggestion is for the extraction of visitor name from the pre-chat form :)

    To All Our Valued Users, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for reaching out. At this stage, the size of the round chat widget can't be adjusted. However, both the height and width of the rectangular chat widget can be customized. This customization is only available for the Desktop Widget. We also have a new feature for changing the position of your widget in mobile view. Helpful links: 1.
