Hi there dear tawkers,
Although this is a good idea, we are not currently planning on expanding the analytics because there are other tools that are made specifically for tracking visitors in this way ex. Google Analytics.

To All Our Valued Users, We thank you and appreciate the patience and continued support over the years. As per our development team, we are waiting to roll out a huge update to the architecture of the software in order for this feature to release. As you can appreciate, unfortunately, things don't always go to plan, and other product launches need to be prioritized for the sake of progress. After the visitor stops chatting with me, can you please make it that the visitor can click either 1 star, 2, 3, 4, or 5, and that the visitor can also write a comment?
