    The lack of a true "end chat" function seems to be a common theme in a variety of the feature requests listed on this forum. It seems like the easiest approach for Tawk.to would be to implement an option in the Widget Settings area to "Clear Visitor Browser Cookies" when operator or visitor ends chat. This would immediately trigger a transcript to be emailed (if enabled) and would require a new visitor to start a completely new chat (including entering pre-chat form fields). But by making this an option on the Widget Settings area, you could allow existing Tawk.to customer to continue to function with the current methods instead. For those of us accustomed to chat systems that truly "end" the chat, this is a major roadblock to using Tawk.to.

    the lack of the ability to force the chat to end (thus clearing the dashboard, emailing the transcript, and forcing them to enter new pre-chat form information if/when they start a new chat) is the only thing keeping us from being able to use Tawk.to - which is otherwise a GREAT chat system.
