We're very happy with the Tawk service, but we have an issue with deliverability of the email replys sent with Tawk. Almost all replies or new emails are treated as spam across all recipients, leading them to believe that we don't answer their request. We've had to us another service in addition, which is really too bad, as we're happy with this one.
Maybe adding a paid service for a dedicated sender and also option to edit the standard subject and text sent with email tickets might help.
