    Which OS are you using?
    Which version of the desktop app are you using?

    This has just started happening to me today. I haven't had any issues prior to today so I am not sure if something has changed or what. It is quite annoying and I am quite lucky that it has only happened during quiet periods.

    It could be set to the Agent's time zone. This means it will become easier to judge at what time they are active in their country.

    Alternatively, have it set to the property's time zone. This is important for region specific websites (co.uk, .au, .jp, etc.) because it allows you to see what happens at what time on that specific property.

    I agree with Josh. If I am monitoring multiple properties that have the same first letter (as I am currently) it becomes quite problematic if they are the same colour. Having the option of customising the property's icon on the monitoring screen (in chat would also be good too) would make things easier to distinguish between property.

    The option to put a company logo or favicon would be perfect.
