    Great suggestion!
    But...If you have more than 20 active agents, who would you like to auto-Join the conversation?

    The chat on-queue function would be a good addition to the features:

    That is called Trigger, and that is setup by default.

    To Update, Disable or Delete the Trigger.

    1. Click "Admin" (gear icon at the left sidebar)
    2. Click "Triggers"

    Note:
    You may consider to clear your browser cache to view the changes.

    Add the 'Widget Code' to the stores footer.tpl file. This will add the widget to your site.
