    Making it fully customizable would be awesome... We choose placeholders, we choose what it show, we choose actions on hover, we choose actions on click...

    clicking %agentname% would open a new tab to the agent profile page (if he/she enabled it)

    It would be great to have placeholders, like %agentname%, %agentalias%, %departement%...

    This will make us able to make such things, with just /hi shortcut:

    "Hi, I'm %agentname%, from %department%, how can I help you today?"

    Also, hovering theses placeholders would show additionals informations, such as profile for agentname, or description for department...

    To All Our Valued Users, We thank you and appreciate the patience and continued support over the years. As per our development team, we are waiting to roll out a huge update to the architecture of the software in order for this feature to release. As you can appreciate, unfortunately, things don't always go to plan, and other product launches need to be prioritized for the sake of progress. Rest assured, this has already been raised and the update is currently in progress. We will post updates once the feature has been approved and implemented.     It would be awesome, to promote the best agent and fire the worst agent (No, i'm just joking I can't pay the best agent)

    Can you add the ability to get differents colors depending on the status please?

    Something that look like:

    When we're online:
    Background: Color A
    Text: Color 1

    When we're away:
    Background: Color B
    Text: Color 2

    When we're offline:
    Background: Color C
    Text: Color 3
