We do, however, have our Google Adwords Tracking integration. Google Conversion tracking can help you see how effectively your ad clicks lead to valuable customer interaction with tawk.to. This article explains how to create a conversion action to track visitor engagement with the widget. However, we are in the process of changing the export format and the new feature will be available soon. This would be a fantastic feature, to be able to track response rates, conversion etc over time.
Ditto for me on this feature. We can current track a call, a contact form and an info pack request on our website in Google Analytics but are missing this visibility on Live Chat. The ability to add a GA script into the Tawk.to widget that triggers a "conversion" when someone submits a chat would close that loop!
