The ‘Hide widget when offline’ setting is off by default in your Dashboard. This means the chat widget is still visible even when you are offline.

You can purchase our Remove Branding add-on to modify the footer message of your chat widget.
You can modify the title and attach a URL link.

Maybe try using a shortcut for this, instead? I don't like the idea of additional branding. It gets confusing for the user which avenue they are to use to get a hold of customer service.

Agreed. AND the ability to remove the bubble when Offline. It's a false impression to advertise the feature if no one's around to answer, especially on a Friday evening or something.
