However, we are in the process of changing the export format and the new feature will be available soon.     any uppdates on it? we need to export chat & tickets data.. as well as export reporting data

At this stage, the only way to duplicate is to raise the ticket twice.     when creating new ticket, it's great to have a 'cc' field, so that we can send to multiple recipient
