Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your challenge here.
Sending tickets to multiple recipients is currently not available. At this stage, the only way to do this is to raise the ticket twice.

Attaching the company logo in the email signature is also not available in our Remove Branding add-on feature.
We’re continuing to build out our Messaging product and have taken on your suggestions.

Ditto: Sometimes my users will use the CC's to include other users mid-stream as the conversation develops.
When they currently do this I am forced to move the conversation out into regular email.AnthonyV supported this idea ·

Only members of a property can view the status of tickets for that property in the Dashboard. This represents a significant opportunity to help Tawk.to go viral. Many of the users that use Tawk.to to submit tickets don't realize what they are using and how easy it would be to use it themselves on their own website.
By creating a customer portal, you would have a significant opportunity to talk to these users directly and give them a reason to come back.

Exactly describes what I need. Would allow me to pull that customer's current license and usage information so that I can give them the service they need and also alert them if their service agreement is nearing its end.

I would love the ability to rename or change the Chat / Email Subject line after created.
Often times a user will send a feature request email with the title feature request. I would love to be able to update it to be more specific so that I can manage it more easily.

- Also email alert as many of us can forward our email to text messages.

Thanks for the CRM functionality. After that, this is the next most important B2B Feature, along with the ability for a client to see all their open tickets.
