    I just discovered that you can view a google map of the visitor's location, however, it's only available in the chat history when you click on an item: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/B8WnI3aCQAIqFHZ.png:large
    Would be much more useful as part of the live visitor monitoring.

    More detailed location info should be provided. On mine, all I see is country. If you're getting the country, that means you're using a geo IP database, so it's just a matter of pulling more information, such as how Livezilla does it:

    Would like to see this feature improved.

    Yes this is a good idea, auto away/invisible if there's no activity at the computer for a configurable number of minutes
