    Hi, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for sharing your ideas with us. Great news! We have just released a major update to our chat widget. See our latest release here: https://www.tawk.to/category/updates/ You can now enjoy the chat widget's new look and features. This includes the Widget Cards. You can add any kind of content to your chat widget, including videos, images, and a search bar. It’s like having a mini-website in the chat. If you have any other questions, require assistance, or just want to talk to someone at tawk.to, here is our calendar link: https://calendly.com/tawk-to-support/tawk-to-customer-support. We're happy to help!

    I just tried using one of the snippets suggested by tawk.to in this thread for overriding the widget position, and unfortunately I think they don't work.

    I tried adding:

    <style>#tawkchat-minified-iframe-element{right:50px!important;}
    #tawkchat-iframe-container{right:50px!important;}</style>
    right after my widget code, and I can see those rules getting applied to the container in my browser inspector, but the actual visible elements are inside, and those have their position set to fixed and inline styles with !important already set, which I can't override, and as such they don't reflect any changes done to their container's positioning.

    I also tried overriding those inline styles with some javascript (only way of overriding !important inline styles I came across), but failed to make it work.

    The possibility of further customization on the chat widgets' positioning would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for reaching out. We currently don't have a feature for changing the margin settings of the chat widget. The tawk.to chat widget offers six different positions from which you can choose: top and bottom corners, middle-right side and middle-left side. We have just released a major update to our chat widget. You can now set a separate position for your chat widget on Desktop and mobile devices. Follow these steps to change the position of the chat widget on mobile: 1. Click the Administration cog in the lower-left corner of your Dashboard. 2. Select Chat Widget. 3. Under Widget Appearance, select Advanced. 4. Under Mobile Widget, select your preferred Mobile Widget Position. To All Our Valued Users, Thank you for choosing tawk.to and for reaching out. At the moment, we don't offer language selection before commencing a chat. Alternatively, create a chat widget for each language. Adding multiple widgets to a Property can be helpful when you want to customize your Widget to match different sections of your website, languages or settings. Each new widget you add will be in English by default. For each set of pages with a new language, you’ll need to create a new Widget and manually set the language. To learn more, visit this link: https://help.tawk.to/article/faq-why-add-multiple-widgets If you have any other questions, require assistance, or just want to talk to someone at tawk.to, here is our calendar link: https://calendly.com/tawk-to-support/tawk-to-customer-support. I would also like to have better support for multilanguage sites, in my specific case for Wordpress sites using WPML.

    With the way things are done in Tawk's dashboard, I'm thinking of creating multiple chats widget for each different language, and then it would be nice if Tawk's plugin would let me choose a different widget of those for each of the languages enabled in my site.

    Since the plugin doesn't allow that for now, I'm going to try and 'hardcode' those widgets into my theme, using WPML's conditional logic for loading different widget code snippets for each language.

    But if you guys would be able to come up with a more 'automated' way of making the chat widgets show in the language being used by the visitor, it would probably be able to suit much more use cases besides mine.
