I would recommend creating Shortcuts, or canned responses, for repetitive replies. Setting up Shortcuts saves you time and keeps your responses accurate and consistent. This also ensures that your spelling and grammar are correct. GMT - BRAZIL . Include others GMT to be accurate with chat transcripts. Nowadays, there’s a huge Gap between one thing and other.
