We do, however, have our Google Adwords Tracking integration. Google Conversion tracking can help you see how effectively your ad clicks lead to valuable customer interaction with tawk.to. This article explains how to create a conversion action to track visitor engagement with the widget.     I agree. It makes most sense for everyone involved in a chat to be emailed the transcript when the chat has ended
