    Hi, yes on implementing additional/custom statuses it will be for agent usage. Since the communication in tickets is done via email it could be spammy for the visitors and maybe some agents won’t want to show visitors what status is set.

    Just realised the clients dont see the ticket statuses so not such a big deal actually :)
