An alternative method is to create a Trigger message asking for their information. You can also create Shortcuts or canned responses for repetitive questions visitors ask. Setting up Shortcuts saves you time and keeps your responses accurate and consistent. This also ensures that your spelling and grammar are correct. We've acknowledged your request and have forwarded it to the dev team. They will work with this suggestion and will add the feature in due course. Hi there dear tawkers,
Although this is a good idea, we are not currently planning on expanding the analytics because there are other tools that are made specifically for tracking visitors in this way ex. Google Analytics.

Hi.
this feature will be great you monitoring interface is so nice and simple, anyone can understand it.
we can see exactly the timeline / workflow where the visitor was on our site.
(google analytics is for advanced users and not everyone can understand it)
maybe you can just keep history for the last 10 visitors or history for the visitors from the last day.
